About me
My name is Monica Schneggenburger. I am an Applied Sociologist with over 10 years of experience. I also have additional certifications in Anger Management, Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), and Trauma. I have three sons and 6 grandchildren. I feel privileged to Empower others to be there best selves.
Motivation behind Fight for Success Family Empowerment
The motivation behind Fight for Success, Family Empowerment comes from being an individual who came from a physically and emotionally abusive background and have done extensive trauma work to overcome my upbringing.
I came to a realization that I wanted to not be bound by my past experiences and perpetuate the cycle of abuse or neglect with my own children. I was faced with the cost of counseling and not having insurance to cover the cost and was blessed to find independent counselors who took me on a sliding fee scale.
Fight for success aims to be an agency that can help families one by one reach there full potential. Understanding that it is a life long journey.
Our Belief Statement
Anyone can achieve success if they choose to reach inside and look at ones personal perceptions and analyze them to reach beyond their history, economic status, ethnicity, and fight for success.
